THE ROLE

While we’re not actively recruiting for this role, we’d love to connect with motivated sales professionals interested in driving innovation in healthcare. This role involves reaching out to rehab therapists and healthcare professionals to generate interest and qualified leads for ScribePT, our AI-driven scribe solution tailored for rehabilitation practices. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare tech, an understanding of sales processes, and a drive to connect with professionals in the rehab therapy industry. This is an opportunity to play a critical role in expanding ScribePT’s market presence and supporting rehab therapists in improving patient care efficiency.

  • Conduct outbound and inbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to rehab therapy professionals and clinics.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring quality communication and timely follow-ups.
  • Educate potential clients on ScribePT’s AI-driven scribe solution and its benefits for rehab therapy workflows.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies.
  • Conduct initial product demos and provide insights on how ScribePT can improve documentation efficiency and patient care in rehab settings.
  • Document and track all lead interactions and sales activities in the CRM system, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
  • Assist in researching market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor outreach efforts effectively.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, meetings scheduled, and conversion rates.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or healthcare-related roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with healthcare professionals.
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and a high level of accountability.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms is a plus.
  • Knowledge or interest in the healthcare or rehabilitation therapy field is advantageous.
